公园的建设以植物造景为主,冲破常规,再现和谐,发掘滨水空间有利的自然和人文资源,从而创造出多功能、多内涵、多层次的现代滨水区域,形成新时代的文化、休闲中心。
Plant arrangement is the main scenery in this park planning, which breaks through the convention, and builds up a harmony. In order to establish an area with Multi-purpose, multi-connotations and multi-level, the hydrospace advantageous of nature and humanities resources are explored.
