聚焦超声治疗仪治疗慢性湿疹、神经性皮炎的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 评价聚焦超声治疗系统治疗慢性湿疹、神经性皮炎的疗效及安全性。治疗组采用华西SNK/CZ181型多功能超声治疗仪对慢性湿疹和神经性皮炎进行聚焦超声治疗,每周1次,期间外用地塞米松乳膏,每日2次;对照组只外用地塞米松乳膏,每日2次。于治疗前和治疗后4周分别对皮损的自觉症状和体征进行评分,对治疗效果进行分析。结果:慢性湿疹和神经性皮炎聚焦超声治疗后,总有效率和治愈率分别为85.6%、35.1%和91.1%、39.3%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。聚焦超声治疗慢性湿疹和神经性皮炎是有效可行的。
