摘要
在特高压架空输电线路架线施工的过程中,采用液压驱动多功能组合式飞车安装六分裂或八分裂导线间隔棒,以提高工作效率和高空作业过程中施工的安全性。特高压组合式飞车,是组合式框架结构、液压驱动,既可以用于特高压交流的八分裂导线间隔棒安装,也可以用于特高压直流的六分裂导线间隔棒安装,还可以扩展到其他任何多分裂的导线间隔棒安装,有液压制动和机械制动2种制动方式。飞车可顺利通过直线塔悬垂线夹,便于间隔棒的安装,也可作为巡线飞车,在线路运行维护中应用。
In UHV overhead line stringing, hydraulic driven combined multi-function stringing cart is used in spacer installation of six- or eight-bundle conductors to improve efficiency and safety. The combined multi-function stringing cart, which has a frame structure and is hydraulic driven, is applicable for installations of both 8-bundle UHV AC spacers and 6-bundle UHV DC spacers, as well as installation of spacers for any bundled conductors. It has two brake mechanisms, hydraulic and mechanical. Because it can easily pass through suspension tower' s suspended clamps the cart can facilitate spacer installation and can be used in line maintenance as inspection cart.
