摘要
多年来,我国的火力发电厂工艺系统设计流程采用串行设计管理,这种管理方式已不能适应当前的电力建设体制市场化的要求。国外通常采用并行工程技术管理模式,通过2种方式的对比可以看出并行工程技术管理模式优于串行设计管理模式。文章还对并行工程技术管理的应用进行了详细的叙述。
Over the years, serial design management is used in China's thermal power plant processing system design flow, which can not keep up with current power construction market requirements. Parallel design management mode is commonly used by foreign designers. Comparisons clearly show that parallel mode is clearly superior to serial management mode. The applications of parallel management are also introduced in details.
