进度控制是监理"四控制"中最主要的一项工作,也是项目参建各方关注的焦点。介绍了在大唐信阳发电有限责任公司(2×660 MW)超超临界机组工程施工中,关于月施工进度控制的实际方法,包括施工进度计划的编制,施工进度计划的审核,质量、安全与进度发生矛盾的处理,交叉作业中的关系、协调与沟通等。
Schedule control is the most important task in the "four controls" of supervision and is also the focus of all participants of the project. The monthly construction schedule control of Datang Xinyang Power Co., Ltd., 2×660 MW USC unit project, including schedule plan compiling and auditing, confliction management among quality, safety and schedule, coordinating cross operations, etc., are introduced.
