摘要
目的:探讨高胆红素血症新生大鼠脑干听觉诱发电位快成分(FC-BAEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位慢成分(SC-BAEP)和听觉中潜伏期反应(MLR)的异常变化。方法:7日龄SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C组,17只)和两个实验组(T1和T2组,各17只)。T1组和T2组大鼠于7和10日龄腹腔注射胆红素溶液建模,累积剂量分别为90和120 mg/kg,C组大鼠于7日龄和10日龄腹腔注射生理盐水0.5 mL。对照组和实验组10日龄大鼠腹腔注射6 h后随机抽出7只断头取血检测血清胆红素;其余大鼠分别于12、14、17和20日龄检测FC-BAEP、SC-BAEP和MLR。结果:T1和T2组10日龄大鼠腹腔注射6h后,血清胆红素浓度明显升高;T1组和T2组大鼠FC-BAEP和SC-BAEP延迟出现;T1和T2组17、20日龄大鼠FC-BAEP除Ⅱ-ⅣIPL外,各波PL和IPL均显著延长,且T2组17日龄大鼠FC-BAEP各波PL均较T1组显著延长;T1和T2组17、20日龄大鼠SC-BAEP的PL显著延长,且T2组17日龄大鼠SC-BAEP的PL较T1组显著延长;T1和T2组17、20日龄大鼠MLR各波PL和IPL显著延长,除Pa-Pb IPL外,T2组大鼠MLR各波PL和IPL较T1组显著延长。结论:高胆红素血症新生大鼠FC-BAEP、SC-BAEP和MLR基本呈同步一致的异常变化,SC-BAEP和MLR也是早期监测胆红素诱发的听力和脑损伤的客观灵敏指标。
Aim:To probe the changes of fast component of brainstem auditory evoked potential ( FC-BAEP), slow component of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (SC-BAEP) and middle latency responses (MLR) in the rat pups with hyperbihrubinemia. Methods: 7-day old SD rat pups were randomly divided into control group (C, 17 ones) and two test groups (T1,17 ones and T2,17 ones). Bilirubin solutions were injected into the abdominal cavity of 7-day old and 10-day old rat pups in the group T1 and T2, and the cumulative amounts of bilirubin were 90 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg respectively. Meanwhile 0. 5 mL physiological saline was injected in the rat pups of the group C. Six hours later after the injection, seven 10-day old rat pups of each group were randomly selected to test serum bilirubin concentration. FC- BAEP, SC-BAEP and MLR were examined in the rest 12,14,17, and 20-day old rat pups of each group. Results: Six hours after the injection of bihrubin solution, the serum bilirubin concentrations of the10day old rat pups in group T1 and T2 were increased significantly. FC-BAEP and SC-BEAP a in the rat pups of group T1 and T2. Except for Ⅱ -ⅣIPL, all the PL and IPL of FC-BAEP ppeared late recorded atthe 17 and 20-day old rat pups prolonged significantly, and the PL at the 17-day old rat pups in group T2 were much longer than that in group T1. The PL of SC-BAEP at the 17 and 20-day old rat pups in group T1 and T2 prolonged significantly, and the PL at the 17-day old rat pups in group T2 were much longer than that of group T1. All the PL and IPL of MLR at the 17 and 20-day old rat pups in group T1 and T2 prolonged significantly, and the PL and IPL in group T2 were much longer than that of group T1 except for Pa-Pb IPL. Conclusion:There were the abnormal changes of FC-BAEP, SC-BAEP and MLR in the rat pups with hyperbilirubinemia. SC-BAEP and MLR can also be taken as the objective and sensitive index for early monitoring the bihrubinnduced hearing loss and brain injury.
