摘要
目的:利用M型彩色多普勒(CDM)测量早期新生儿(生后一周内)左心室血流传播速度(Vp),探讨其在评价新生儿左心舒张功能中的价值。方法:早期正常新生儿104例和窒息伴缺氧性心肌损害新生儿56例,均应用CDM检测Vp值,将它们进行比较分析。结果:(1)本组早期正常新生儿的Vp值正常参考范围为27~47cm/s;(2)窒息伴缺氧性心肌损害新生儿的Vp值较正常新生儿减低,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05);(3)当传统评价左心舒张功能指标无法测量时,Vp值仍可准确测量。结论:CDM测定Vp可较准确评价早期新生儿左心舒张功能。
Aim: To investigate the value of left ventricular flow propagation velocity (Vp) by color Mmode Doppler (CDM) for left ventrieular diastolic function of early newborns ( a week after birth). Methods: Healthy early neonates (n = 104) and asphyxial neonates with myocardial damage (n = 56 ) were measured Vp by CDM. Results: ( 1 ) The normal range of left ventrieular diastolic function index (Vp) was 27 -47 cm/s. (2)Vp of the hypoxial neonates with myocardial damage were significantly lower than that of normal neonates. (3) When conventional Doppler indices were unavailable, Vp could be accurately available. Conclusion: Vp measured by color M-mode Doppler sonography can accurately evaluate left ventricular diastolic function of early neonates.
