摘要
目的:与冷牙胶侧向加压充填技术(CLC)作为对照,比较3种热牙胶充填术的冠渗漏情况,评价4种根管充填技术的充填效果。方法:选用40颗新鲜拔除的人单根管牙,随机分成4组,分别用冷牙胶侧向加压法、热牙胶垂直加压法(WVC)、热塑牙胶注射加压法(ObturaⅡ)和超声振动侧向加压法(ULC)充填根管,将其冠部浸入印度墨水中5 d并制成透明牙,数码相机成像输入电脑,通过Photoshop cs图像处理软件测量墨水渗透的距离。结果:WVC组和ULC组的冠方渗漏明显小于CLC组(P<0.05);而CLC组和ObturaⅡ组之间冠方渗漏无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:WVC充填技术和ULC充填技术效果优于CLC充填技术,ObturaⅡ技术充填效果具有不确定性。
Aim: To evaluate the effect of coronal microleakage of root filling in the three thermal gutta-percha canal obturation techniques compared with cold lateral condensation technique. Methods: Forty freshly extracted human single root teeth were selected. The specimens were average randomly divided into four groups. Four groups were respectively condensed by CLC, WVC, Obtura Ⅱ and ULC techniques. The 10 roots of each group were placed in Indian ink for 5 days prior to being demineralized and rendered transparent. The pictures of the cleared tooth photograph were taken by the digital camera and the degree of ink penetration was measured by Photoshop cs. Results: The degree of coronal microleakage in WVC group and ULC group was significantly less than that in CLC group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; and no significant difference between CLC group and Obtura Ⅱ group was observed (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: The condensation quality of WVC technique and ULC technique is better than CLC technique, The condensation quality in Obtura Ⅱ technique is uncertain.
