Based on Chinese historical culture and profound experience in traditional vocal and instrumental musical creation as well as etechnique for musical creation by means of his insights in this newest area, Zhang Xiao-fu has created a lot of modem electronic musical works with national characteristics. These compositions integrate a large amount of language forms, sound arrangements, approaches and styles, arousing significant concerns internationally. Through the analysis of sound resources, techniques and concept of creation, this article demonstrates the features of his e-musical works.
