摘要
通过在氧化物电极材料中引入适量导电性能优良的金属Ag,降低了氧化物电极的电阻,改善其氧敏响应特性;研究了YSB-Ag复合电极在氧化锆氧传感器中的应用。结果表明:这种复合电极具有较低的电阻值和很好的低温氧敏响应特性,在不使用加热装置条件下,氧传感器的起始工作温度可以降低至450℃左右,池内阻在100Ω以下。
Suitable amount of metal silver was introduced into YSB for reducing the resistance of oxide electrodes, and improvement oxygen-response characteristics. The application of YSB-Ag composite electrode used for ZrO2 oxygen sensors was investigated. The results show that the composite electrode has lower resistance and better lower-temperature oxygen sensibility. The initial operating temperature of YSZ oxygen sensor of non-use heating devices can reduce to about 450 ℃, and the resistance of the sensor is below 100 Ω.
