摘要
《儒林外史》的敬谦称谓儒雅繁富,系统完备。《儒林外史》中的敬谦称谓系统有两个层面的子系统:语汇层面上的传承而来的定型化了的语言类称谓性敬谦辞系统和语用层面上的不拘一格、各具特色的语用类敬谦称谓方式系统,每一子系统下又有各自的子系统。
The respectful and modest terms of address in the Scholars are very rich. They can be treated as an entire system which includes two subsystems： the Finalized Honorifics on language and the characteristic Patterns on Pragmatics. Each one also has it＇s own subsystems.
