壳聚糖整理羊毛织物透湿性能研究

摘要 使用双氧水在超声波辅助条件下制备了不同分子质量的壳聚糖,用黏度法测定了分子量,并对羊毛织物进行整理.借助SEM、FTIR分析羊毛纤维表面形貌和结构,并测试了羊毛织物透湿性能.结果表明,借助柠檬酸的桥梁作用,壳聚糖和羊毛纤维发生了化学反应.当壳聚糖分子质量为5×104、质量分数为1%时处理羊毛织物,其透湿性能最好. Chitosans of different molecular weight were prepared by using H202 enhanced by ultrasonic wave, and the molecular weight of chitosan was determined according to the viscosity testing method. Wool fabric was treated by using the degraded chitosan in the lab. The surface characteristic and the structure of wool fabric were investigated by means of SEM and FTIR,and the moisture permeability of finished wool fabric was also tested. The results show that the chemical reaction between the chitosan and the wool fiber was happened. The moisture permeability of wool fabric was improved when it was treated by using chitosan of its viscosity-average molecular weight is 5×10^4 and its concentration is 1%.
