摘要
研究了为油田联合站中的加热炉设计的基于三维可视化技术的实时监控系统的实验室模型,并叙述了其实现过程.该系统从创建虚拟环境入手,通过将数据采集系统得到的实时生产数据通过数据库系统以及Virtools Server传送到虚拟场景来实现虚拟场景与实际生产过程的同步.经实验室模拟,该系统运行结果形象逼真,实时性好,可达到良好地监视目的.
The laboratory model of real-time monitor system based on the 3D Visualization for calefaction furnace is designed. The process of the model is depicted. A virtual environment is created and transport the real-time data which collected from the locale to the invented scene, to realize the real time monitor on the real environment. Through simulating in the lab,the effect of this system is realistic, at the same time it arrives at the goal of better monitoring with better real time.
