摘要
总结了我国高校人事分配制度改革现状及呈现出的特点,从考核体系、分配机制和分配形式等方面剖析了其中存在的问题,提出了改善人事分配改革效果的对策建议.
The reforming of personnel allocation system is the focus of the internal reform of universities. It affects sustainable development and stability of universities. In this paper,the status and characteritics of personnel allocation system reform in universities were summarized. Then the problems in allocation of universities from examination system, allocation mechanism and distribution method were analyzed. The countermeasures for improve effectiveness of allocation system reform of university were put foward at last.
