我国临床护理质量评价现状与思考

A review of current status and reflection of the clinical nursing quality evaluation in China

随着护理质量评价标准的不断完善,提高护理质量管理的有效性成为护理管理关注的焦点。文章综述了国内现行临床护理质量评价标准,从护理质量评价的范围、组织结构、标准和指标等方面进行论述,提出了护理质量评价的不足,建议建立统一的护理质量标准和评价体系,进一步体现"以病人为中心"的现代服务理念,注重病人的满意度需求,建立科学的评价体系,适应社会发展趋势。

With the continuous improvement of nursing quality evaluation standards, it has been the focus in nursing management to improve the validity of nursing quality management. This paper reviewed the current status and problems in clinical nursing quality evaluation in China from the aspects of scope, organization, standards and index. It is suggested to establish standard and scientific nursing quality evaluation criteria and evaluation system, further to em-body “patient - oriented” service idea and focus on patients＇ satisfaction, and thereby to fit the development trends of society.
