尿激酶静脉溶栓临床路径的应用与体会

The application of clinical pathway for intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase

目的应用尿激酶静脉溶栓临床路径,提高护理质量。方法将60例患者随机分为溶栓组和对照组。在对照组常规护理基础上,溶栓组实施了溶栓前、中、后临床路径规范化管理。评价患者神经功能恢复情况,与对照组比较并发症发生情况。结果溶栓前患者脑卒中评分与溶栓后24h、7d分别进行比较,差异均具有统计学意义;溶栓组与对照组并发症比较差异无统计学意义。结论静脉溶栓路径的应用,可以提高卒中病房护士的专科护理水平。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase,and thereby to improve the quality of nursing, Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The clinical pathway of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase was applied for the patients in the experimental group. Then ,the neurological functions and complications were assessed and compared. Result There were significant differences in the NIHSS scores before,24 hours and 7 days after the thrombolysis between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the complications between the two groups. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway of intravenous thrombolysis can improve the quality of specialty nursing in stroke unit.
