摘要
目的探索护理病区独立运行后护理绩效管理体系新模式,提高护理管理效果。方法依托医院网络信息资源,结合医院管理实际,建立医护分开后护理绩效管理体系,运用质量、效率、效益综合评价,变封闭式考核为开放式评价。结果护理绩效管理体系实施后,护理质量及病人满意度有了较大的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有效的激励机制可以提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the application of nursing performance management system in the independent nursing units,so as to improve nursing management efficiency. Method Based on the hospital network information resources and combined with the practice of hospital management,a nursing performance management system was set up in the independent nursing units, which focused on comprehensive evaluation integrated with quality, efficiency and benefits,and changed the examination from closed - pattern to open - pattern. Result This practice improved the quality of nursing and increased patients satisfaction significantly(P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of nursing performance management system can improve the quality of nursing in the independent nursing units.
