摘要
分别从外界气候条件、PVC树脂降解脱HCl及加工助剂的作用3方面论述了影响PVC型材变色的因素,提出了相应的解决思路:根据型材使用的气候条件进行型材生产配方的设计,正确选用耐候规格金红石钛白粉,同时配合稳定体系的优化,减少、抑制在光、氧老化条件下PVC在加工和使用过程中分子中共轭多烯的产生;控制配方各组分的质量及其自身的变色因素,包括树脂、稳定剂、抗氧体系、钛白粉、颜料、填料等,也是减少型材变色的必要条件。
Factors of influencing the discoloration of PVC profiles were discussed in the aspects of environmental weather conditions, the dehydrochlorination of PVC resin and processing additives. In order to solve the discoloration problem; the following ideas were proposed. In order to reduce and control the occurring of conjugated polyene, the profile formula should be designed according to the weather conditions,the selected rutile TiO2 pigment should be weather resistant, and the stabilizing system should be optimized. The quality and discoloration factors of ingredints(including PVC resin,stabilizer,anti - oxidation system, titanium pigment, fillers and etc. ) were also the prerequisite to reduce the discoloration of profiles and should be controlled.
