A Valuable Exploration into Verse Translation in Poems of Zhou Liuxi(Second Collection)

本文在洪振国(2006)的基础上继续讨论《流溪诗外编》对诗歌翻译的探索上所取得的成就,认为:在《流溪诗外编》中,周流溪先生以诗人气质与学者和译者修养的统一、精深性研究与创作式译诗的结合,到达了枕云选梦补造化、风骚外译见精神、诗接东西架鹊桥的境界。

Based on Hong Zhenguo （2006）, this paper goes on to discuss the achievement made in the exploration into verse translation in Poems of Zhou Liuxi （Second Collection）. The paper thinks that with the combination of a poet, a scholar and a translator and the unity of profound research and creative verse translation this collection has achieved the following three aspects ： 1 ） A good compensation from nature and imagination ; 2 ） A good translation of the Book of Songs and the Verse of Chu into foreign languages and 3 ） A good poetic bridge to link the East and the West.
