摘要
通过分析不同齿轮副参数下接触线总长度的变化状况,推算出了有关的计算公式,揭示了接触线总长度的变化规律,解决了计算的准确性,有利于对斜齿轮啮合状态的分析计算,也有利于在计算机辅助设计中应用,以提高其计算的准确性,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
The paper analysed the varying of meshing length between two years with different parameters, derived the relative formula, pointed out the varying regularity of gear meshing length and solved the accuracy of calculation. Therefore, it is beneficial to analyse and calculate the helical gear meshing and be used in CAD for improving the accuracy of calculation.
