摘要 目的:观察案例讨论分析法教学模式在《护理科研》教学中的应用效果,为进一步探索《护理科研》教学改革提供借鉴。方法:选择校本部03级本科护理学生118名作为观察对象,对护理科研的部分内容实施案例讨论分析法教学。课程学习结束后通过考试考核及问卷调查等手段对学生的科研设计能力、学习兴趣、学习态度等进行统计分析,以观察案例讨论分析法的教学效果。结果:学生在护理科研的认知程度、学习态度、学习兴趣及科研设计能力等方面均有明显改善。结论:案例分析讨论法教学能激发学生对护理科研的兴趣,提高学生分析、解决问题的能力。 Objective To study the teaching effects of using case discussion-analysis method in the teaching course of Nursing Research among nursing students and then put forward suggestions for improving teaching. Methods By way of case discussionanalysis,a part of teaching contents of Nursing Research were taught to the 118 nursing students in 2003 grade. The teaching effect was evaluated by observing the design ability of scientific research, the learning interest,learning attitude,etc. Results The design ability of scientific research,recognition of Nursing Research, learning attitude and learning interest, etc of the students were significantly improved. Conclusions Case discussion-analysis method could effectively excite the interest and the potential of students and then improve the ability of discovering and solving problems.
