摘要
针对煤矿机械中存在的严重腐蚀磨损问题,用煤矿中常用的16Mn钢和1Cr18Ni9不锈钢在不同pH值煤水浆体中进行了腐蚀磨损实验.结果表明,腐蚀与磨损的交互作用加速了材料的腐蚀磨损.煤的腐蚀磨损特性与性能稳定的矿物(如石英砂)不同,煤表面的含氧官能团与该溶液的离子发生化学吸附与化学反应,使该溶液的pH值趋于中性值,其反应的程度依煤的化学程度而异.
To imitate severe corrosive wear of machinary in coal mine, corrosive wear tests in the coal slurries of different pH values were carried out using 16Mn steel and 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steels. The results show that the interaction between corrosion and abrasion accelerates the corrosive wear of materials used and that the corrosive wear behaviour of coal is different from that of the minerals with stable behaviour (iequartz sand), the pH value of the solution tends toward a neutral value because the oxygenbearing function groups on the surface of coal absorb and react with ions in the solution, and the reaction degree depends on the chemical behaviour of coal.
