根据同步机构的运动分析,得出了同步机构两个关键参数的确定方法:砖长和测速托辊到驱动电机传动比之间的比例关系:保证同步时摆R臂膀计算式.文章最后分析了摆臂工作范围对切割长度的影响.
According to movement analysis of synchronous mechanism,we have derived a method deferimining two important parameters of synchronous mechanism:relation in proportion between length of the and gear ratio of tachometer roller to drive motor;formula of swinging arm R to guarantee synchronism.In the end ,we analyse influence of swinging arm working range on length of tile cutter.
