乳化炸药药卷速冷生产线研究

STUDY ON THE QUICK-COOLING PRODUCTION LINE FOR EMULSION EXPLOSIVE ROLL

装药机装填的小直径乳化炸药药卷，因温度较高而不能立即封口、包装，大量成药需车间放置自然冷却降温，制约了产量且存在安全隐患。乳化炸药药卷速冷生产线的研究，提出了解决这一问题的切实可行的方法。

Thee mulsion explosive cartridge with small diameter primed with loading machine can not be sealed and packed immediately because of high temperature, so that a great deal of products have to be laid in the shop for cooling in the environment. This limits the production capacity and the hidden trouble for safety exists. By the study on the quick-cooling production line for emulsion explosive roll, apractical and feasible method is developed to solve thisproblem.
