多碎少磨设备与工艺研究

金堆城钼业公司百花岭选矿厂完成了对破碎工艺和设备的改造。通过改变圆锥破碎机腔型等措施，使最终破碎产品粒度从Ｐ８０１８．２ｍｍ减小到Ｐ８０１２．５ｍｍ，磨矿机处理量提高了９．８％，达到了多碎少磨的目的，使该厂获得了巨大的经济效益。

Baihualing Concentrator of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mining Company has transformed the old crushing plant. The final size of crushing product is reduced from P 80 18.2mm to P 80 12.5mm by changing the chamber of cone crusher etc., so that the mill capacity is increase by 9.8%. More-crushing and less-grinding is realized. Considerable economic benefits have been achieved by Baihualing Concentrator.
