阐述了几种熔融还原技术的工艺流程、技术参数和特点及其最新进展。为了充分发挥熔融还原技术的优势,应解决好预还原度、二次燃烧率和传热效率的协调关系,以降低熔融还原系统的成本和能耗。
The current development,process and technical characters of main smelting reduction technologies for direct ironmaking were discussed.In order to make use of the advantages of smelting reduction,the relationships of the degree of prereduction,the degree of post combustion and heat transfer efficiency should be coordinated,then,their costs and energy consumption could be decreased.
