摘要
带制动器的二级行星减速机是减速机领域的新产品，具有体积小、传动比大、运行可靠、应用范围广、可即时制动的特点，目前国内尚无这类产品。作者通过两年多的设计、制造及试验，积累了一些经验。文章介绍了设计方法及其结构，可为传动装置的设计提供参考。
The two-stage planet-gear speed reducer with a brake,a new product in the speed reducer field,has the features of small body,large transmission-ratio,reliable operation,wide application,immediate braking.However,there is not any well-developed product like this reducer in China.During the design,manufacture and test over two years,author has accumulated some experience in developing the speed reducer.In this paper,the design method and structure of the speed reducer are briefly introduced,which can provide the strong technical support for transmission system.
