新型高效合成起泡剂替代2^#油的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决国内起泡剂品种单一、质量不稳定、货源紧张、价格上涨等诸多问题,研制了新型合成起泡剂BK-201。通过小型试验、工业生产实践证明,该药剂适应永平铜矿的矿石性质,具有起泡能力强、浮选速度快、适应性强、用量小、价格低等特点,它能完全取代现场生产所用的以松节油为原料的2#油,在选别指标相当时,能降低起泡剂用量量42%以上,矿山每年因降低药费可增加经济效益53万元以上。 In order to solve the problems of lack of varieties, unstable quality, short of supply and constant price-rising of frothers. A new type of synthetic frothers ——BK-201 has been developed. The laboratory tests and production practice showed that the new reagent is applicable to the ore property in Yongping Copper Mine, having advantages of strong frothing capacity, quicker flotation rate, wider suitability, less consumption and cheaper price. It can completely substitute for oil No.2 used by the plant, which made from turpentine oil. When the metallurgical performances are close, more than 42% frother consumption can be greatly reduced, and more than 530000 RMB economic benefit can be obtained each year.
