摘要
利用挤压铸造制备了Al2O3短纤维增强铝合金复合材料,研究了磨损时这种材料对剥层破坏的抗力。结果表明,在复合材料中,纤维与基体结合良好,并对铝合金具有增强作用;复合材料的界面可阻滞裂纹扩展,复合材料具有优异的耐磨性;基体中的合金元素有利于形成良好界面,改善复合材料的耐磨性。
Al 2O 3 short fiber reinforced aluminum alloy composites are manufactured by using squeeze casting, and the wear resistance of the composite is studied The results indicate that the fiber well combines with aluminum alloy matrix in the composites and has reinforcing effect on aluminum alloy; and that the interface of the composites can hold back crack propagation, and the composites possess excellent wear resistance The alloy elements in the matrix are favorable to forming good interface to improve wear resistance of the composites
