中草药对MRSA临床株的抑菌作用研究 被引量:18

摘要 [目的]研究中草药对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)临床株的抑菌作用,探讨MRSA感染的治疗措施。[方法]按照美国临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)推荐的标准,采用苯唑西林-琼脂稀释法与聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测mecA基因两种方法,鉴定MRSA临床株;将9种中草药制备成一定浓度的水煎液,用二倍微孔稀释法测定对MR-SA临床株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]经鉴定所用的临床分离株为MRSA菌株,且对苯唑西林高度耐药;9种中草药水煎液对MRSA临床株有不同程度的抑制或杀灭作用,其中黄芩、黄连、夏枯草、连翘4种中草药的抗菌效果较好。[结论]清热解毒中草药对MRSA临床株具有一定的抗菌作用。 Objective: To study the bacteriostatic action of Chinese herbal medicine on methicillin- resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) clinical strain, and to probe into therapeutic measures for MRSA infection patients. Methods: According to the recommendation of American National Committee for Clinical Laboratory. Standards (NCCLS), clinical MRSA strain was identified by both oxacillin-agar dilution and polymerase chain reaction to detect rnccA gene two different methods. Then totally 9 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs was prepared into certain concentration solution and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined by adopting double micropore dilution method. Results: Through identification, clinical separated strains were surely MRSA with high oxacillin - resistance. Nine Chinese medical herbs solution had bacteriostasis or bactericidal effects on the clinical strains d MRSA to different degree. Among them, radix scutellariae, rhizoma coptidis, spica prunellae and fructus forsythiae had stronger effects. Conclusion; Chinese medicinal herbs of heat-clearing and detoxicating have some inhibition effect on clinical strains of MRSA.
