喷射沉积6066Al/SiC_p复合材料 被引量:5

6066Al/SiC_p COMPOSITES BY SPRAY DEPOSITION

摘要 采用多层喷射沉积技术制备了6066Al/SiC_p板材和锭材,研究了轧制、挤压工艺和热处理制度对该材料组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,SiC颗粒在基体中分布均匀,结合良好,界面无明显反应区;轧制和挤压是对喷射沉积材料有效的致密化工艺并能改善SiC颗粒在基体中的存在状态;材料在T6态获得拉伸强度为640MPa,屈服强度为580MPa,弹性模量为133GPs,延伸率为9.4%的优良力学性能。 6066Al/SiC_p composites plates and billets are prepared by multi-layer spray deposition technology. The composites are then rolled or extruded and their mechanical properites in T6 condition are measured. The results show that the composites with uniform distribution of SiC particles and good interface bonding can be obtained. No apparent chemical reaction of interface is found. Rolling and extrusion are effective processes to improve material's density. SiC particles with sharp angle are possible to be broken into several small particles which may be the reason for the obvious decreasing of SiC particles' mean diameter after hot extrusion. The SiC particles become spherical and are more uniformly distributed. After extrusion of 14: 1 at 680K, the properties of the 6066Al/10%SiC_p in T6 condition are: σ_b=640MPa, σ_(0.2)=580MPa, E=133GPa, δ=9.4%. After rolling with reduction of 85% at 750K, the properties in T6 condition are: σ_b =414MPa, σ_(0.2)=360MPa, δ=4.0%, E=100GPa. The reseach shows that spray deposition is a good process to produce particle reinforced composites.
