摘要
介绍了线阵CCD传感器的工作原理、器件选择及参数确定、线阵CCD构成高精度尺寸检测系统的组成及其光学系统设计。提出了采用高速CCD视频数据采集电路、带阈值与积分反馈的二值检测电路及数字图像处理技术等措施来提高CCD检测系统测量精度的方法;并给出了应用高分辨率线阵CCD构成微机辊形检测系统的应用实例。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的检测精度。
This paper describes the construction and working principle of linear CCD, also its selection of device and determination of parameters. Then, it discusses the composition and design of optical system of the high precision size detecting system with linear CCD, and the method of improvment in measuring precision of the detecting system is also presented, such as the high speed visual signal sampling card, dual-value detecting circuit, digital image processing with computer. Finally, it gives a practical application sample of microcomputer controlled roll shape detecting system with linear CCD. Experimental results show that this system has high precision.
