Treatment of Lumbar Degenerative Spondylolisthesis with STB Plates

目的：探讨退变性腰椎滑脱症的手术治疗的经验。方法；对31例退变性腰椎滑脱症的患者采用经后路椎管战压，自体髂骨后外侧植骨融合，STB后路钢板复位固定．结果：所有志者术后均获得随访，术后随访6个月-38个月，平均27个月，27例症状消失，优良率87.10％。1例发生脑脊液漏，4例术后偶有腰痛伴下肢放射性疼痛，能正常工作，结论：STB椎弓钢板治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症手术效果满意。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects and to explore the experience of operate--therapy to lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis with STB plates. Methods： 31 patients suffered from lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis were operated by ranchi decompression via posterior approach, autograR of ilium in posteriolaterior of lumbar and fixed by STB plate. Results： All patients were followed from 6-38 months, average 27 months; all of the symptoms ceased in 27 cases, and the rate of excellent and good result was 87.10%. Leakage of cerebrospinal fluid occurred in I patient. 4 patients had occasionally lumbago accompanied with radiating pain in lower limbs, but can work normally. Conclusion： Operate--therapy to lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis with STB plates might be an effective approach.
