摘要
本文从系统观点出发,对到发线通过能力赋予新的定义,提出到发线通过能力新的改进算法,并通过计算机模拟,得到综合反映各种因素对通过能力影响的两个参数——空费系数和等待时间的经验公式.它在理论上比目前算法更加完善,在实际应用上也无需进行繁琐的查标工作,简便易行.
From a systematic point of view,this paper gives a new difinition for the carrying capacity of receiving and dispatching tracks,provides us a new improving approch,and,through computer simulating,obtains experiential formulas of two parameters—void coefficient and waiting time,which reflect comprehensively all the factors that affect the carrying capacity.In the field of theory,it is more perfect than the present ones; for practical purposes,it is easy to be used and need not make on-the-spot observations and complicated determinations of the relevant norms.
