摘要
目的观察前列地尔联合康复新治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法55例糖尿病足患者随机分成治疗组28例和对照组27例,治疗组给予前列地尔联合康复新治疗。结果治疗组有效率89.3%,对照组有效率63.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合康复新治疗糖尿病足有明显疗效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Alprostadil and fangfuxin on diabetic foot, Methods 55 patients of diabetic foot were divided randomly into treating group and control group, 28 patients received Alprostadil and Kangfuxin, and the other 27 patients are in the control group. Results The efficient rate was 89.30% in treating group and 63, 0% in control group, There was statistically signifieant differenee between two groups（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Alprostadil and Kangfuxin had an beneficial effect on diabetic foot, it is worthy of expanding usage in clinical prescription.
