摘要
乙交酯(GA)和丙交酯(LA)两种单体以一定摩尔配比混合,通过共聚反应,制得聚乙丙交酯(PGLA)(GA/LA=0.9/0.1)并纺制成纤维。应用红外光谱、核磁共振、差示扫描量热分析、X-射线衍射和生物体内外降解实验,分析了PGLA的结构与性能,并与均聚物聚乙交酯(PGA)作比较。结果表明,PGLA纤维的断裂强度、延伸度适中,初始模量比PGA纤维低,柔性有所改善,作为手术缝合线具有更好的操作性能,同时PGLA对机体无毒性,组织反应极小,是一种良好的生物降解医用高分子材料。
oly(glycolidelactide)(PGLA) was prepared by copolymerization using glycolide (GA)and lactide(LA)(GA/LA=0.9/0.1 in mol),then PGLA fibers were obtained by melt spinning.By means of infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,differential scanning calorimetry, Xray diffraction and the degradation experiments in vitro and in vivo,the structure and properties of PGLA were studied and compared with those of PGA. The results indicate that the tensile strength and elongation of PGLA fibers are moderate,and the Youngs modulus is lower than that of PGA fibers,therefore the suture made of PGLA fibers is more flexible and has better operating property than that made of PGA.PGLA is unpoisonous and has a good compatibility with organization. It is obvious that PGLA is a kind of excellent biodegradable medical materials.
