摘要
首先在超声波作用下,采用单分子层剥离-重堆技术,正丁基锂柱插MoS2夹层,合成了前驱体LixMoS2和羟基镍铝柱撑MoS2复合材料,以环丁烯砜液相催化加氢为探针反应,考察了其催化活性。环丁烯砜加氢制备环丁砜最佳反应条件:Ni/Al摩尔比0.5、氢气压力2.5 MPa、反应温度60℃,环丁烯砜的转化率可达99.8%,环丁砜收率达95.5%。
Under ultrasonic waves, the premonitory LixMoS2 and Ni/Al-MoS2 composite are prepared by the n-butyl hthium intercalating in MoS2 layers using the single-molecular-layer exfoliated-restacked technique. The effect of catalyst on the performance is investigated with liquid-phase hydrogenation of sulfolene to sulfolane with Ni/Al-MoS2 catalyst as probe reaction. The catalyst evaluation results show that the optimum catalyst atomic ratio, hydrogen pressure and reactive temperature are n (Ni) : n(Al) = 0.5,2.5 MPa and 60℃ ,respectively. Under such conditions the conversive rate of sulfolene can be 99.8% ,and the yield of sulfolane can reach 95.5%.
