介绍了聚酯切片与涤纶短纤维标准物质的研究与制造过程，叙述了标准物质的一般原理与数理统计数据处理方法，并对标准物质在化纤产品检测中的应用、质量管理及开展新技术等各项工作进行了讨论。
he investigation and manufacturing process of the reference materials for polyester chip and polyester staple were introduced. The general principle and statistic method for the certification of the reference materials were declared. The application for quality control and development of advanced technology in chemical fiber material were also discussed.
