摘要 介绍了博兴华润油脂化学有限公司脂肪伯胺清洁生产工艺的特点,并与传统工艺进行了比较。该清洁工艺各环节均采用DCS自动控制系统,制胺阶段采用氨水作抑制剂,生产废水经清洁工艺处理后能达标排放,产生的废渣也可综合利用。 The character of clean production process of primary aliphatic amine in China Resources (Boxing) Oleochemicals Co. Ltd. is introduced, the difference between clean production process and conventional production process is compared. DCS automatic control system is used in each unit of the clean production process, and ammonia water is used as inhibitors in the preparation process of amine, the production waste water can reach the specification of industrial waste water to discharge, and waste residues also can be comprehensively utilized in the end.
