摘要
针对大型乙烯装置汽油急冷生产特点和存在的问题,开发了大型乙烯装置汽油急冷高强度三溢流塔盘关键技术。对此塔盘进行了流体力学计算和试验研究,结果表明三溢流塔盘技术降低了塔板上的液面梯度和液流行程,使气液分布更均匀。此关键技术应用于中国石化齐鲁石化公司72万t/a乙烯汽油分馏塔后,各项主要控制指标均达到设计值,完全满足乙烯生产要求。
Aimed at the production characters and problems which exist in gasoline fractionator in large-scale ethylene units,high strength three-pass tray technology is exploited. The performance experiments and the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) calculation for the three-pass tray are conducted. The results show that liquid grads and flow pass in the three-pass tray are reduced, and the distributions of gas and liquid are more uniform. After its industrial application in Qilu Company Ltd., SINOPEC, which the production capacity of ethylene is 720kt/a,it shows that the main performance parameters of the gasoline fracfionator are consistent with the designed value, which can meets the production requirement for ethylene.
