钢铁工业园区生态产业复合共生网络的设计与评价 被引量:4

摘要 基于生态工业技术构建了"以废治废"生态产业链,该产业链的特点是:产业链一端输入的是园区的废物,另一端输出的产品用来处理园区(或区域)排放的污染物,具有提高废品资源化率和减少污染物排放的双重作用。利用循环经济和生态学原理,构建了包含小循环、中循环、大循环以及"以废治废"产业链的钢铁工业园区生态产业复合共生网络,并对"以废治废"产业链引入前后效果进行了评价,结果表明:"以废治废"生态产业链可以有效提高钢铁工业园区的生态效率。 The ecological industry chain in which one kind of waste is used to treat another based on eco-industrial technology is constructed. The characteristic of the ecological industrial chain is that, the waste is input from one end of the ehain, and the produet from the other end of the ehain is used to treat other pollutants diseharged from the industrial park or zone, having the double funetion to inerease the reeovery of waste resource and deerease the emission of pollutants. Based on the principle of reeyele-eeonomy and eeology, the eeo-industrial eomposite symbiotie network for iron and steel industrial park is estabfished, ineluding small, medium, and large reeyefing, and the industrial ehain of "treating the waste through other waste". The evaluation of the industrial ehain before and after its introduetion shows that,this eeologieal industrial ehain ean effeetively improve the eeo-effieieney of the iron and steel industrial park.
