摘要
目的探讨桡骨远端骨折的手术治疗方法及效果。方法自1999年5月采用闭合复位外固定架和切开复位钢板内固定两种方法治疗桡骨远端骨折29例。结果29例有27例获随访,随访时间6～31个月。腕关节功能优良率92.6%。结论桡骨远端骨折应根据骨折类型采用不同的手术方式,可取得满意的效果。
Objective To investigate the distal radial fracture treatment methods and effects. Methods From May 1999 closed reduction external fixator and open reduction and plate fixation of the two methods of distal radius fractures in 29 cases. Results 29 cases of 27 cases were followed up for 6 to 31 months. Wrist function excellent rate 92.6%. Conclusion The fracture of the distal radius fractures should be based on a different type of operation can be achieved satisfactory results.
