56例特发性震颤临床分析

目的探讨特发性震颤的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2002年5月至2006年3月56例特发性震颤患者的临床资料。结果56例ET中男33例,女23例。发病平均年龄(61.5±11.6)岁,平均病程(9.3±4.1)年。31例(55.4%)患者有阳性家族史。临床表现主要为单症状的姿势性震颤。30例患者做了饮酒试验,其中20例(66.7%)有酒精反应。83.3%的患者服用普萘洛尔治疗有效。结论特发性震颤的临床表现以单症状姿势性震颤为主,多数患者对酒精有反应,普萘洛尔治疗有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of essential tremor （ET）. Methods From May 2002 to Mar 2006, clinical data of 56 patients with essential tremor were analyzed retrospectively. Results In these patients, 33 cases were the male and 23 cases were the female. The mean age was（61.5 ± 11.6）years old. The mean course of disease was（9.3 ± 4.1）years. 31 patients （55.4%） had positive family history. The postural tremor was the main manifestation of essential tremor. There were 20 cases with alcohol sensitivity in 30 patients who had attended the alcohol test. Among the 24 patients received propranolol treatment, 20 patients completed the therapeutic test with significant difference between pre-- and post--treatment. Conclusions It is demonstrated that the main manifestation of ET is postural tremor. The effect of alcohol occurs in most cases and propranolol treatment is effective.
