摘要
某高层商住楼采用大跨度双向无粘结预应力扁梁-大平板楼盖体系,在其加固改造过程中涉及到无粘结预应力楼板开洞。在楼板拆除时应考虑楼板开洞后对结构安全性的影响以及预应力筋拆除过程中的安全问题。通过采用SAP2000计算分析,得到各施工阶段楼板的内力和变形,据此制定粘贴碳纤维法加固周围楼板,之后进行预应力筋放张、楼板拆除作业,详细介绍了施工流程和施工工艺。通过合理的施工,保证工程安全、顺利完成。
Unbonded prestress flat beam and large plate roof structure was adopted in some high-rise commercial-residential building, and there was unbonded prestressed floor opening engineering in its reconstruction. When opening on floor, some problems should be paid attention to during reconstruction, including opening influence on structure safety and safe demolition of prestressed bars. Reasonable construction scheme was made according to floors stress and displacement which calculated by software SAP2000. That was reinforcing surrounding floor by carbon fiber adhesion method firstly, then relaxing prestress bars, at last demolishing the floor. Construction process and technology were introduced in detail. Safe and smooth construction is ensured by reasonable construction measures.
