天津奥体中心体育场清水混凝土看台板精细安装施工技术

摘要 天津奥林匹克中心体育场为双层椭圆形清水混凝土看台,看台板型号多达596种,安装管理工作复杂。同时测量放线工作量大,精度要求高。由于已安装的钢结构桁架的覆盖,两层看台之间重叠达近万平方米,致使看台板安装时吊机安装空间受到限制。通过对看台板板型进行设计优化,将弧形看台板设计成直边折线形板;通过对看台板安装工艺进行优化设计,优化了看台支座的做法;经过多种方案比选,决定采用以塔式起重机为主,行走式吊车为辅的施工方案。具体的安装过程顺利完成,质量满足了清水混凝土的要求,看台板外观效果达到设计要求。 Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium has double-deck oval fair-faced concrete stands. The stand-plates have 596 kind of models and it is complex to install and manage. At the same time, it is required big work load and high accuracy on measurement. Nearly 10 000m^2 overlap between two stands overlap because of the coverage of steel truss installed, which leads to that crane installation space is limited when stand-plates are installed. Straight edge broken plate instead of the arc stand-plates through design optimization and the practice of stands supports is optimized through installation technology optimization. The tower cranes supplemented by walking cranes are adopted through compared many schemes. Specific installation process is successfully completed, and the concrete quality met the requirements, furthermore stands plate appearance results also meet the design requirements.
