摘要
淄博体育中心体育场基础工程施工期间适逢淄博地区进入夏季,为克服大体积混凝土水化热过高及结构超长引起的伸缩裂缝,采取降低水泥用量、掺加外加剂、设置后浇带、分层浇筑混凝土等措施,并准确计算混凝土和机具数量,对相应配合比下的混凝土内外温差及收缩应力、变形进行验算。给出了大体积混凝土整体分层浇筑方案,并对大体积混凝土温度进行测定,保证了施工质量。
Mass concrete was used in foundation engineering of Zibo Sports Center Stadium. It was in smnmer of Zibo when foundation engineering began. In order to overcome expansion cracks caused by super-long structure and high hydration heat, some measures were adopted such as reducing cement content, filling admixtuie, setting late poured belt and pouting concrete by layers, etc. Concrete and machines quantity were calculated as well as temperature difference, expansion stress and displacements under relevant concrete mix ratio. Concrete was poured in layers and temperature of mass concrete was measured. As a result, construction quality is ensured.
