摘要
深圳华强广场拟开挖基坑周边建筑、道路、管线密布,施工中必须保证主要道路畅通及周边构筑物的安全。根据此特点,选择人工成孔地下连续墙逆作法施工。重点论述逆作法和人工成孔地下连续墙的施工流程和关键技术,包括放坡稳定性计算、结构分析、孔壁支护、钢筋预埋与连接、墙身支模和混凝土灌注、新老混凝土粘结和止水措施等。现场监测结果表明,位移和裂缝满足设计要求,最后总结了施工经验。
Foundation pit in Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza is surrunded by closely distributed buildings, roads and pipelines. It must be excavated to ensure clear main roads and safety of adjacent structures. Artificial borehole diaphragm wall and reverse construction method are adopted according to the characteristics. Construction process and key technologies are emphasized from slop stability calculation, structure analysis, supporting of hole-wall, pre-buried and connection of rebar as well as formwork supporting and concrete pouring of diaphragm wall, bonding measures of concrete and water preventing measures. It proves that both displacement and cracks can meet desitgn requirements. At last construction exoeriences are summed un.
