摘要
分析了焊接冶金条件与钢冶金的显著差异,指出在设计堆焊金属成分时,简单地模仿现有析出硬化或时效硬化钢的成分,是不可能奏效的。设计了分别属于Cr—Ni系、Cr-Co系和Ni~Cr系的三种焊条的化学成分,其堆焊金属的焊后硬度相当低,可以进行机械加工,而在经过较低温度的时效处理后,硬度又可得到大幅度的提高。
The distinct difference between the metallurgy conditions of welding and steelmaking is analysed. Li is pointed that the design of the elemental composition of the deposited metal will be bound to fail, if only toy simply imitating those of the given precipitation or age hardening steels. Three types of coated electrode with the alloy chemical composition of Cr-Ni, Cr -Co, and Ni-Co are designed respectively. The hardness of their deposited metals are appropriately low for machining after surfacing and may be raised to a great extent after alow temperature aging treatment.
