Exploratory Discussion on Expansion of Ammonium Phosphate Production by the Slurry Process

我国高浓度磷复肥主要由近百套料浆法磷铵生产装置所提供。由于原料供应、磷矿种类和生产管理上的原因，有不少企业不能持续运转，经济效益不佳。料浆法磷铵的生产应从扩大生产规模、实现生产装备的国产化和符合国情的先进技术的推广应用着手，以求降低投资，提高企业的经济效益，增加生产企业的活力。

The domestic high analysis phosphatic and compound fertilizers are provided mainly by nearly a hundred ammonium phosphate production units based on the slurry process. For reasons of raw material supply, types of phosphate ores, and production management, a number of enterprises are unable to keep up operation, and their economic benefit is poor. The production of ammonium phosphates by the slurry process is to start with an expansion of the production scale, the realization of the localization of the production equipment, and the promotion of an advanced technology that tallies with the domestic conditions so as to decrease the investment, improve the economic benefit of the enterprises and enhance the vitality of the production enterprises.
