摘要
加氢裂化技术因原料和产品方案灵活性大,产品质量好,尤其是能提供优质的石脑油、航煤、柴油、蒸汽裂解原料和润滑油基础料等,已成为现代炼油和石油化工工业必不可少的加工工艺。我国现有加氢裂化装置加工能力为9.86Mt/a,今后还将进一步发展。近十几年来,我国不仅自行设计、建造了一批大型加氢裂化装置,同时抚顺石油化工研究院还根据需要发展了缓和加氢裂化(MHC)、中压加氢裂化(MPHC)、中压加氢改质(MHUG)和润滑油加氢处理等新工艺,并开发生产出系列配套的加氢处理、加氢裂化催化剂,满足了我国石化工业发展的需要。
Hydrocracking is one of the most important processes in modern oil refining industry. Existing hy-drocracking capacity is 9. 85 Mt/a in China and will be further expanded in the future. In recent years,large scale hydrocrackers were designed and installed in China to meet defferent demands of target prod-ucts. New technologies, such as those for MHC, MPHC, MHUG and lube oil hydrotreating, and corre-sponding catalysts have been developed and commercialized by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleumand Petrochemicals (FRIPP).
